Details
The MC1490P is a high-speed, dual CMOS operational amplifier designed for use in a wide range of applications. It features a unity-gain bandwidth of 50 MHz, a slew rate of 150 V/µs, and a supply voltage range of ±4.5 V to ±18 V. The device is designed to provide excellent performance in both AC and DC applications, with a low input offset voltage of 3 mV and a low input bias current of 0.3 pA.The MC1490P is also designed for use in high-speed applications, with a high slew rate and fast settling time. This makes it ideal for use in applications where high-speed performance is critical, such as in data acquisition systems and signal processing applications.The device features a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, making it suitable for use in a variety of environmental conditions. It is available in an 8-pin DIP package, making it easy to integrate into existing designs.
