The MP2451DT is a synchronous, rectified, step-down converter with built-in internal power MOSFETs. It operates from a 4.5V to 18V input voltage range and provides up to 3A of continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation. Its integrated low resistance, high-side and low-side power MOSFETs deliver high efficiency performance.This device utilizes constant-on-time (COT) control architecture, providing fast transient response and simplifying loop compensation design. It also features cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown protection to ensure safe operation under fault conditions.With a wide input voltage range and high output current capability, the MP2451DT is suitable for various applications, including industrial, automotive, and consumer electronics. It comes in a compact, thermally enhanced 10-pin MSOP package, offering a small footprint solution for space-constrained designs.
