Details
The MP9942GJ is a monolithic synchronous step-down converter designed to deliver up to 15A continuous output current with excellent load and line regulation over a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 73V. It features an integrated, high-side, and low-side power MOSFETs, and offers high efficiency and low ripple voltage to meet the requirements of various applications such as automotive, industrial, telecom, and networking.The device operates at a fixed frequency of 500kHz and supports pulse frequency modulation (PFM) to achieve high efficiency under light-load conditions. It also includes programmable soft-start, power good indication, thermal shutdown, and overcurrent protection features for improved system reliability and robustness.Furthermore, the MP9942GJ comes in a compact QFN package with exposed thermal pad for enhanced thermal performance and ease of PCB layout.
