Details
The NL17SZ125 is a low-power, high-speed CMOS buffer with three-state output from ON Semiconductor. It features a wide operating voltage range of 1.65 V to 5.5 V and can operate at speeds up to 6.7 GHz. The device has a typical operating current of 1.5 mA at 1.65 V and 7.5 mA at 5.5 V, making it suitable for low-power applications.The NL17SZ125 is housed in a space-saving SC-74A/SOT-753 package and has a compact design with minimal external components required for operation. It has a high input impedance, low input current, and high output drive capability, making it versatile for various signal buffering applications.The three-state output feature allows the device to be easily connected to other devices without causing signal contention. When the output is disabled, it goes into a high-impedance state, allowing multiple devices to be connected to the same output line without interference.
