Offering enhanced functionality, the PCM2903 model features S/PDIF compatibility, providing users with expanded options for audio transmission. The USB protocol controller sets itself apart by operating without the need for software code, offering users the ability to customize USB descriptors, including vendor ID and product ID. The PCM2903E is built on TI's innovative SpAct™ architecture, designed to extract the audio clock from USB packet data. On-chip analog PLLs with SpAct technology ensure playback and record operations with minimal clock jitter, supporting independent sampling rates for playback and recording tasks
