Details
QPA3240 is a high-power amplifier GaN MMIC (monolithic microwave integrated circuit) designed for broadband applications in the 8 to 20 GHz frequency range. It offers a typical saturated output power of 7W with a gain of 22 dB and a power-added efficiency of 25%. The device operates from a 28V supply voltage and is capable of handling up to 10W of input power.The QPA3240 is housed in a compact 5x5mm QFN package, making it ideal for space-constrained applications such as radar, electronic warfare, and communication systems. The MMIC is designed with on-chip ESD protection to ensure reliable operation in harsh environments.The amplifier features internal temperature compensation to maintain stable performance over varying temperature conditions. It also includes an integrated temperature sensor for monitoring and controlling the device temperature.
