SGP15N60 is an Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) with a NPT (Non Punch Through) technology, designed for high power switching applications. It has a maximum voltage rating of 600 volts and a continuous collector current rating of 31 amperes, making it suitable for a wide range of industrial and consumer electronics applications. This component has a power dissipation of 139 Watts, indicating its capability to handle high power levels without overheating. The Through Hole mounting style of SGP15N60 makes it easy to install on a printed circuit board or a heatsink for efficient heat dissipation.
