Details
The TC4051BFT is a single 8-channel analog multiplexer/demultiplexer in a 16-pin TSSOP package. It features three binary addresses for selecting one of eight channels, with a common select/enable input and three digital outputs. The device has a low ON resistance of 125Ω max at VCC = 15V and a low crosstalk of -67dB at f = 1MHz. The TC4051BFT operates over a wide voltage range of 2V to 18V, making it suitable for a variety of applications.This multiplexer/demultiplexer is commonly used in signal routing, signal gating, and address decoding in applications such as audio/video equipment, telecommunications, instrumentation, and industrial control systems. The TC4051BFT offers high switching speed and low power consumption, making it ideal for battery-operated devices and low-power applications.
