It features an input voltage range of 4.5V to 40V and an output voltage range of 0.8V to 24V, making it suitable for a wide range of applications such as automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics.The TC89101P utilizes a constant on-time control scheme to provide fast transient response and high efficiency over a wide load range. It also features programmable soft-start, overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, and thermal shutdown to ensure reliable operation in various conditions.This regulator IC is housed in a small 5mm x 5mm QFN package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications.
