Details
The TDA5110 is a high-performance ASK/FSK transceiver IC designed for applications in the remote control and secure data transmission markets. It operates in the 303-335 MHz frequency range and features a low-power design with a power-consumption, making it suitable for battery-operated devices.The TDA5110 supports both Amplitude Shift Keying (ASK) and Frequency Shift Keying (FSK) modulation schemes, providing flexibility for different application requirements. It features a low-noise amplifier (LNA) and a mixer for high-sensitivity reception, as well as a power amplifier for reliable transmission. The IC also includes an integrated voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) and phase-locked loop (PLL) for accurate frequency generation and synchronization.In addition to the RF front-end components, the TDA5110 contains a digital interface for easy integration with microcontrollers or other digital signal processing devices. This allows for seamless communication between the transceiver IC and the rest of the system, simplifying overall system design. The TDA5110 is housed in a small, surface-mount package, making it suitable for compact and portable devices.
