The TPCC8103 is a high-voltage, isolated IGBT gate driver designed for use in three-phase inverters and motor control applications. It provides an isolated drive for power devices and operates at high frequencies, minimizing power losses and improving efficiency in motor control systems.Key features of the TPCC8103 include a wide input voltage range of 90V to 450V, allowing it to be used in a variety of applications. It offers a programmable dead time function to prevent shoot-through currents in the power stage, ensuring safe and reliable operation. The driver also includes integrated under-voltage lockout and over-temperature protection features to safeguard against potential damage to the device.The TPCC8103 is housed in a small SOIC-28 package, making it suitable for use in space-constrained applications. It has a maximum output current of 3A, allowing it to drive a wide range of IGBT modules. The driver is designed to operate over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, making it suitable for use in harsh industrial environments.
