The TRF370315 and TRF370333 direct quadrature modulators represent a technological marvel, facilitating the conversion of complex modulated signals from baseband or IF directly up to RF with unparalleled precision. Designed for high-performance direct RF modulation across the frequency range of 350 MHz to 4 GHz, these modulators offer exceptional capabilities. Utilizing a double-balanced mixer design, they feature an RF output block with a differential to single-ended converter and an RF amplifier capable of driving a single-ended 50-Ω load without external components. Noteworthy is the distinct common-mode voltage requirements of these devices – the TRF370315 relies on a 1.5-V common-mode voltage, while the TRF370333 operates optimally with a 3.3-V common-mode voltage
