Designed with a double-balanced mixer implementation and a high-performance RF output block, this modulator delivers superior linearity and low-noise operation for seamless signal processing. The differential to single-ended converter and RF amplifier integrated into the RF output block ensure compatibility with a single-ended 50-Ω load without the need for external components. For optimal linearity performance, the TRF370417 requires a 1.7-V common-mode voltage, making it a reliable and efficient choice for demanding RF modulation applications
