Designed for high-voltage applications, the UCC35702N is a low-power dual-channel gate driver that stands out in its class. Operating from a supply voltage of up to 15V, it offers robust protection against transient voltages of up to 40V. Its two independently controlled channels can sink and source up to 2A of peak current, making it an ideal choice for driving high-power semiconductor switches in power converters, motor drives, and other industrial applications. With built-in protection features such as under-voltage lockout, over-current protection, and thermal shutdown, the UCC35702N ensures the safe and reliable operation of power switches. Housed in a 16-pin SOIC package, it operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, making it suitable for use in diverse environments. Furthermore, the device comes with integrated bootstrap diodes and an internal voltage regulator, reducing the need for external components and simplifying the design process
