103SR12A-1 is a precision, non-contacting rotary position sensor developed by Honeywell Sensing and Internet of Things (IoT). This sensor features a compact and lightweight design ideal for applications requiring precise rotary position sensing, such as automotive throttle controls, robotics, and industrial automation.The 103SR12A-1 sensor offers a rotational range of 0 to 360 degrees, with a resolution of 12 bits (4096 counts per revolution) for high accuracy and reliability. The sensor operates on a 5VDC power supply and provides analog voltage output proportional to the rotational position, with a non-linearity error of less than ±0.5% of full scale.The sensor uses Hall-effect technology to detect the position of a magnet attached to the rotating shaft, ensuring a long service life with no contact wear or electrical noise. It also features built-in reverse polarity protection and short-circuit protection for robust performance in harsh operating environments.
