Details
The 2SC4060 is a silicon NPN epitaxial planar transistor commonly used in audio amplifiers and general purpose applications. It is designed for low frequency power amplification and switching circuits. The transistor has a collector current (IC) rating of 3A and a collector-base voltage (VCBO) rating of 175V. The maximum collector-emitter voltage (VCEO) is 140V, while the maximum emitter-base voltage (VEBO) is 6V.The 2SC4060 comes in a TO-220 package with three leads for easy mounting on a PCB. The transistor features a high current gain (hfe) of 50 to 320 at a collector current of 1A, ensuring efficient amplification of input signals. The device has a low saturation voltage of 1.0V at a collector current of 1A, ensuring low power dissipation and high efficiency operation.
