Details
The 2SC4767 is a NPN silicon epitaxial planar transistor designed for general purpose amplifier applications. It is commonly used in audio amplifiers, small signal amplifiers, and low noise applications. This transistor has a maximum collector current of 1.5A and a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 120V.The 2SC4767 is housed in a TO-126 package, which is a widely used package for small signal transistors. It has a power dissipation of 1.25W and a transition frequency of 20MHz. The device has a low saturation voltage and high current gain, making it suitable for use in various amplifier circuits.The hFE (current gain) of the 2SC4767 typically ranges from 100 to 400, ensuring stable and reliable amplification.
