The SCAN921025SLC/NOPB is a versatile device that transforms a 10-bit wide parallel LVCMOS/LVTTL data bus into a high-speed Bus LVDS serial data stream with embedded clock. Its companion device, the SCAN921226, receives the Bus LVDS serial data stream and converts it back into a 10-bit wide parallel data bus, making it a perfect combination for signal transmission and reception. Both devices are compliant with the IEEE 1149.1 Standard for Boundary Scan Test, providing engineers with standardized access and the ability to verify signal integrity. Additionally, the at-speed BIST mode allows for the verification of interconnects between the Serializer and Deserializer at operating speeds, ensuring reliability in real-world conditions
