Details
The BGA2815 is a Gallium Nitride (GaN) High Electron Mobility Transistor (HEMT) that operates in the frequency range of DC to 6 GHz. It is designed for high-power, high-frequency applications such as telecommunications, radar systems, and satellite communications. The BGA2815 features a compact, surface-mount package with dimensions of 10.0 x 6.0 x 0.95 mm and utilizes a 12 V supply voltage.This GaN HEMT transistor offers a power output of up to 15 W with a power gain of 16 dB and high efficiency, making it suitable for power amplifier designs requiring high performance in a small form factor. It has a low thermal resistance of 2.6 °C/W to ensure reliable operation and thermal management in high-power applications.The BGA2815 is characterized by excellent linearity, low intermodulation distortion, and high breakdown voltage. It is also equipped with ESD protection for added reliability and robustness in harsh operating environments. This GaN transistor is RoHS compliant and supports lead-free soldering processes, making it environmentally friendly and compatible with modern manufacturing standards.
