BGU7045 is a MOSFET transistor designed for high power and high-speed switching applications. It is primarily used in power management and voltage regulation circuits in various electronic devices.The BGU7045 has a low on-state resistance (RDS(on)) of 220mΩ, which allows for efficient power handling and reduced power loss during operation. This makes it ideal for applications that require high-current handling capacity.With a maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) of 80V and a continuous drain current (ID) of 30A, the BGU7045 can withstand high-voltage and high-current conditions without compromising its performance. It also has a fast switching speed, with a typical rise and fall time of 8ns, making it suitable for high-speed switching applications.The BGU7045 comes in a compact and industry-standard SOT-223 package, which allows for easy integration into existing circuit designs. It also features a built-in ESD protection to prevent damage from electrostatic discharge events.
