The TPCA8124 is a high-performance, low-side Power MOSFET driver IC designed for use in automotive applications. It is specifically designed to drive N-channel MOSFETs in high-side configurations, making it ideal for use in automotive body control modules, power distribution units, and other applications requiring high current switching.The TPCA8124 features a low on-resistance of 1.3 ohms and a high peak output current of 3A, making it suitable for high current switching applications. This allows it to drive power MOSFETs with low gate charge and high gate voltage, enabling efficient and fast switching characteristics.Additionally, the TPCA8124 offers a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 16V, allowing it to operate in a variety of automotive battery-powered systems.
