The 2N6367 is a high-power NPN bipolar junction transistor (BJT) designed for general-purpose switching and amplifier applications. It is commonly used in power control circuits, motor control, and other high-power applications. The transistor is housed in a TO-3 package with a maximum collector current (IC) rating of 15A and a maximum collector power dissipation (Pc) rating of 150W. The device has a low collector-emitter saturation voltage of 1.0V at a collector current of 7.5A, making it suitable for high-efficiency power switching applications. The 2N6367 has a maximum operating frequency of 2 MHz and a maximum DC current gain (hFE) of 15 at a collector current of 7.5A.
