KSC815 is a general-purpose NPN transistor commonly used in various electronic circuits. It is designed for low-power applications where switching and amplification of signals are required. The transistor is housed in a TO-92 package, which is a widely used transistor package due to its small size and ease of connection. KSC815 has a maximum collector current (Ic) of 50mA and a collector-base voltage (Vcb) of 25V. It also has a current gain (hfe) ranging from 40 to 250, making it suitable for applications that require amplification of weak signals. The transistor has a transition frequency (ft) of 300MHz, which is the frequency at which the current gain of the transistor starts to decrease.
