Details
The KSE13009L is a NPN transistor commonly used in power amplifier applications. It is designed for high power switching circuits and audio amplifier applications. This transistor has a maximum collector current of 12A and a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 700V. The KSE13009L has a low saturation voltage which makes it ideal for high efficiency amplifier designs. It has a maximum transition frequency of 4MHz and a power dissipation of 200W.The transistor is housed in a TO-220 package which is popular for power electronics applications due to its ability to dissipate heat easily. The TO-220 package also makes it easy to mount the transistor on a heat sink for improved thermal management.The KSE13009L has three terminals - base, collector, and emitter. Its high voltage and current ratings make it suitable for demanding applications where high power output is required.
