Engineered for high-speed switching applications, the PSMN8R7-100YSFX N-channel 100V MOSFET is a standout product within the NextPowerS3 family of MOSFETs, renowned for its high efficiency and superior performance in power management systems. Its low on-state resistance of 10.5mΩ enables reduced power losses and improved thermal performance in high-current applications, while its capacity to handle continuous drain currents up to 110A makes it suitable for a diverse range of power switching applications. The PSMN8R7-100YSFX boasts a gate charge of 41nC and a gate-source voltage of ±20V, ensuring fast switching speeds and precise control over its switching behavior. Additionally, its low output capacitance of 820pF further enhances its high-speed performance. Housed in a D2PAK package, this MOSFET offers excellent thermal performance and high reliability, even in demanding operating conditions, and has passed stringent quality control tests to guarantee its long-term performance and reliability while being RoHS-compliant
